When British Waterways Scotland changed its name to Scottish Canals in 2012, we created the organisation’s new brand identity.
The “No loitering or littering” approach of British Waterways Scotland had to be turned on its head with a new identity that felt transparent, dynamic and progressive. Above all we had to provide a solid platform for promoting the organisation's many commercial and tourist attractions - encouraging everyone to make the most of Scottish Canals.
We created a new tone of voice to reflect the new positioning of an organisation in tune with its public, and the staff are proving to be great champions of this, propelling this forward-thinking organisation in new directions.More
