D8 delivered a year-long rebranding project for Morris & Spottiswood, one of the UK’s largest shopfitting and support service companies.
The market research carried out to define the brand values of Morris & Spottiswood revealed that its customers felt that the company’s USP was its track record of doing more than its competitors. To graphically symbolise this we changed the name from Morris and Spottiswood to Morris & Spottiswood.
As well as having massive visual impact the ampersand became symbolic of the brand, signifying customers could have more, ie. value and quality, rather than having to choose, which was summed up in the slogan '& means more'.More
