We lifted the bonnet of Citylink via a series of workshops in order to completely overhaul the company's digital strategy and principal communications channel - its website. We used the research findings to collaborate with the client team and create an easier, more inspiring user journey, from desktop to bus stop, taking in everything from tone to content design to SEO. Our internal motion team also created a suite of rich filmed content, including the post-Covid film shown here, for activation across all digital channels.
