D8, founded in 1999 and still privately owned, is a 60-strong multidisciplinary creative team with studios in Glasgow and Amsterdam. With a comprehensive in-house offering covering brand identity, digital, packaging, film & motion and experiential we work with a diverse range of clients including Remy Cointreau, Beam Suntory, Tennent Caledonian Breweries, Ian MacLeod Distillers, Walker’s Shortbread, Gordon & MacPhail, Inverhouse Distillers and C&C Group.
As part of a talented team of creatives, this role is paramount to successful delivery of online experiences across a diverse international client base and various sectors. You'll be part of a busy team. Expect to be juggling lots of different work, be client facing, planning and managing the delivery of digital projects across the project lifecycle (discovery, UX/design, build, implementation and ongoing support).
Helping with day to day management of projects and maintenance across disciplines
Shaping client briefs, scopes and specifications, questioning where necessary to ensure sufficient information is available to the project team
Estimating, managing project schedules and budgets
Nurturing relationships across studio, with clients and project teams
Ongoing creative operations support
Understanding clients objectives and identifying areas to add value
1-2+ years experience in technology, project management, and/or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience delivering projects on time and in budget
Awareness of project management fundamentals and methodologies
