We are searching for an outstanding creative with a passion for brand design. You must be capable of working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and have a proven track record in delivering exceptional brand identity related work.
D8, founded in 1999 and still privately owned, is a 65-strong multidisciplinary creative team with studios in Amsterdam, Glasgow and Hong Kong. With a comprehensive in-house offering covering brand identity, digital, packaging, film & motion and experiential, we work with a diverse range of clients including the BBC, Spotify, V&A, British Council, Greenpeace, Belle and Sebastian, Pride Amsterdam, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and Canal+.
As a brand designer at D8 you will ideate and craft outstanding creative ideas for an enviable list of high profile clients. Situated in our studio in the heart of Amsterdam and working under the direct mentorship of our Creative Director, you have the unique opportunity to make your mark by helping us deliver creative excellence across a wide range of projects.
As part of the wider connected D8 network you will also collaborate with our Glasgow and Hong Kong studios, and participate in our shared creative initiatives.
3+ years of relevant branding / creative agency experience
Excellent design, verbal, organisational and time management skills
A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual skills and a sharp eye for aesthetics and typography
Experienced in all relevant design programs
Experience with motion graphics and a working understanding of digital a plus
A demonstrable understanding of working with brand strategy a plus
Excellent spoken / written English required. Good working knowledge of Dutch a plus
