We have a comprehensive in-house offering covering brand identity, digital, packaging, film & motion. D8 work with a diverse range of clients globally including Macquarie, ABB, KFC, BBC, NPO, Spotify, Canal+, Penguin Books, Sony, Edrington, GORE-TEX, Nike, Sony, AIA, NPO, Iberdrola and many more.
What's the day to day?
This is a fully remote role, Australia based, hybrid depending on location.
As Client Success Manager you'll focus on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, overseeing accounts and managing projects across various sectors, from inception to delivery, all while maximising opportunity for new business. We're looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive, with an approachable get things done attitude. You'll be a standout member of a dynamic team as well as excelling at client liaison.
Expanding the presence of D8 work in the Australian market and beyond, this role isn't "sales" - no sales funnels or "smashing it" required. We're looking for someone who can add value to an already successful team and help bring opportunities for us to create, deliver and do more good work.
What we need from you
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing communications or design either client or agency side
- Authenticity
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Right to work in Australia
Main responsibilities
- Bringing in new work
- Maintaining and growing existing database of client contacts and regular outreach via email and in-person
- Ongoing creative operations support including managing projects and clients
- Shaping client briefs, scopes, and specifications
- Estimating, managing project schedules and budgets
- Nurturing relationships across studios, with clients and project teams
- Understanding client objectives and identifying areas to add value
